Police has released a traffic plan ahead of the 3rd June 2018 Martyrs day celebration.
The plan which was released at the Namugongo Security Command Center by the Kampala Metropolitan police Traffic Commander Norman Musinga entailed restrictions for parking and flow of traffic on Martyrs day.
According to Musinga, people allowed to park in the different areas that have been designated will have to have stickers of those parkings.
He said that White parking stickers will be for service providers in the catholic side while those in the Anglican shrine will have Yellow stickers.
He added that, Very important persons (VIPs) will be allowed to park near the shrines but will be required to present their specific stickers.
