Licenses of eight labor exporting companies have been terminated by the ministry of gender labor and social development.

Deputy National Co-ordinator Prevention of Trafficking in Persons Agnes Igoye informed the media about this development at the Police Headquarters in Naguru.

According to Igoye the terminated companies are no longer responsible for exporting Ugandans for labor to Middle-East, because of several complaints lodged against them.”

“The reason am reading them out so that Ugandans don’t go to these agencies because they are no longer responsible for labour export,” Igoye noted.

These include Middle East consultants, Top Notch labor recruitment agency limited, Raider Uganda Limited, Al Said Agency Limited, Eagles Supervision, Forbes Enterprises, Fly International, and Sahara recruitment agencies.
