Kenya secured a convincing 3–1 victory over Uganda in the men’s volleyball match at the ongoing EAC Inter-Parliamentary Games 2025, played at Makerere Indoor Stadium, finishing the encounter with a commanding performance in the fourth set.

Uganda started the match with strong momentum, but Kenya held their nerve to narrowly claim the opening set 25–23, capitalising on well-coordinated attacks and disciplined defence. Uganda bounced back in the second set, dominating play to overwhelm Kenya 25–11, leveling the match and keeping the contest alive.

The third set proved tightly contested, with both teams pushing intensely for control. Kenya edged Uganda 25–23, regaining the advantage in a thrilling battle.

In the fourth and final set, Kenya asserted full dominance, outclassing Uganda 25–9 with sharp serves, quick transitions, and cohesive teamwork to seal the win.

Earlier in the day, Kenya’s women’s basketball team defeated Burundi 21–15, further highlighting Kenya’s strong showing at the Games.
